Terms of Service
Welcome to Blueprint Profit Maxxing OS ("Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Using Blueprint
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Blueprint. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Blueprint offers a 1-month free trial, after which your subscription automatically renews at $28/month unless canceled.
- Billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, including during the free trial, with no charge if canceled before the trial ends.
- If your subscription lapses or is canceled, your account and data remain safely stored, but certain features (including data export/download) are locked until you resubscribe.
3. Your Data
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Blueprint (products, services, costs, inventory, sales, etc.). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
4. AI Features
Blueprint includes AI-powered features (Ask BPM, Profit Opportunities) that analyze your real business data to provide insights and recommendations. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying any figures or recommendations before acting on them.
5. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Blueprint is a business management and profit-tracking tool. Nothing in the app — including reports, calculations, or AI-generated suggestions — constitutes professional financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Please consult a qualified professional for decisions involving taxes, legal compliance, or significant financial matters.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Blueprint for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the app
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep Blueprint available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, bugs, or service interruptions, though we work to resolve issues promptly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time; see Section 2 regarding data retention after cancellation.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Blueprint after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
